currently LWB-Fleet. Want SWB or SWB-Step

Now '68 C10 LWB-Fleet

I was thinking about changing beds. Is the Short Wheel Base the same length as the step side bed? I know I will need to modify my frame etc., but curious if the SWB and Stepside are the same size.

Which is "correct" for forum usage?

SWB = Short Wheel Base
SWB = Short Wide Box

I know I was slightly confused when I first started browsing here as I just assumed SWB referred to wheelbase. Eh..minor detail.

Re: currently LWB-Fleet. Want SWB or SWB-Step

SWB = short wheel base , the term most people are actually trying to say when they just type SWB is short wheel base fleetside , they are 4 term's
#1 SWB = short wheel base
#2 LWB = long wheel base
#3 fleetside or WIDE BED
#4 stepside or NARROW BED
That about cover's it ,,,,
