Suburban crossmembers and body supports
I need to replace the crossmember on my 70 K10 4 speed burb and a few of the body mounts.
Is the K10 4 speed crossmember the same as a 2wd 4 speed burb crossmember? How about the cab/body mounts? Thanks Paul

Re: Suburban crossmembers and body supports
I am not certain, but I'd be willing to try the cross member. Since I did have a '70 k10 at one time, and the trans cross member looked identical to what is in my K20 burb.
The body mounts... If you were cutting them off of a donor frame, and then planning to install them on your burb. I would say they are the same, since I used a mix of K5 and PU body mount bushings back when no one was making body mounts for a burb.

Re: Suburban crossmembers and body supports
I'll have to crawl underneath my 68 2wd and see if they look anything alike.
