Upper control arm shaft and bolt question.

Are the bolts for the upper control arms supposed to be a loose fit? The bolt diameter is 1/2" and the holes in the shaft are about 9/16".

I am trying to figure out if it's supposed to be that loose for adjustment or if I ended up with 3/4 ton shafts when I bought replacements.

Re: Upper control arm shaft and bolt question.

i have a 3/4 ton and dont think there was that big a gap. but they are easy to slip on. not tight at all. the half moon washer and spacers hold it tight to the frame.
