Who to contact at CPP?

I need help with some problems with parts I bought from CPP. A while ago I had emailed with Jennifer, Randy and Francisco and all email chains end with no response on their end. Is there a particular person anyone on here can recommend that might want to help out a customer? My impression is that Jeff used to be that guy but is now banned from this forum. Any insights?
