GMC interior for 47-53 ?'s

I have a few questions about the interior on my '49 GMC.

Does anyone know the paint code for the interior or know where to order it from? I know that Chevy used a different color and would like to put mine back to factory.

On the A pillars there are trim pieces that match the headliner. Do these come with a new headliner or does someone reproduce them?

My tuck did not come with a steering column and the one I picked up is out of a Chevy. Is there anyone reproducing GMC horn buttons or even selling old/ refurbished ones?

Is anyone making a Speedometer that looks factory but has electronic internals? I am using a 5.3/4L60E and would like to keep all of the interior looking stock.

Thanks Jim. I want this truck's interior to look exactly as it did when it rolled out of the factory. Both my wife and I like the styling and originality of the interior in these AD trucks.
