84 bench seat in a 79?
Hello, i'm new to this forum. I just bought a 79 GMC C25, and a previous owner has done a goofy install of bucket seats. I'd like to put in a bench seat, and have located one from an 84 GMC. A 79 & 84 are within the same range for this according to LMC's guide, but I was hoping someone on here could confirm this for me, please? Thanks!

I had one from a '77 in an '83. Everyone said it would be slightly different due to a change in seat belt design, but it fit just fine with the factory '83 seat belts. So it will definitely work.
