tire rim swap

I own 1967 C10 15" 6 lug . I assume standard hole pattern is 5.5?
I have an opportunity to attain some Nissan 18" 6 lug 5.5 hole pattern.
I don't know the exact size of the tires on these rims.

I guess I am wondering will 18" Nissan tire/rim bolt and seat properly.
Wondering if there might be any other restrictions?

Re: tire rim swap

The offset will be positive most likely . Might have to run spacers to make them look right.
