ideas on pluggin sq. tubing holes
I,m building with some 1 inch sq. tubing and was thinking of other way to plug the ends with out spending the rest of my life making little sq. pieces and welding them on and grinding.Rubber caps might let water in,do you think some spray foam would be a good idea.

If you're concerned about water you could add some RTV silicone to those plasic end caps before installing into the tube end. Just a thought. What are you building? We need pictures you know.

I agree with DaddyO. The wrought iron fence suppliers sell the little caps for pennies. Just dab some sealant on them and pop them in place.
