Re: Engine Emblem
welcome mr. horsepower. they didn't make em in 67-72 trucks, so no factory badges, if that's what you're asking. they most certainly made the badges for other years cars. My favorite is the crossed flag 65-67 427 emblem that came on impalas, etc... (shown is an SS396 but 427 is the same, just with a red background rather than black - as shown in the 2nd pic).

Re: Engine Emblem
I've thought about using the car ones. I'm trying to make the truck look as if it came factory with a 427. Anyone know of a place that can make a custom one modeled after the original style

Re: Engine Emblem
i know what your looking for the one that goes under the C-10 emblem or CST-10 emblem, the one that has the 8 350 or one like 8 400. Right ? Your wanting one like that, that would be 8 427? I think one of the truck catalogs has some nontraditional engine sized emblems like that, just can't remember witch one right now. Jim

Re: Engine Emblem
I was at Southern Kentucky Classics a few months ago and I think they had the ones your looking for. You can check their website. I know these aren't close to anything original bit here's what I used on my valve covers. Good luck....

Re: Engine Emblem
On your '72 those engine badges go up under the side marker light. 69/70 put them under the fender badge. It seems I've seen those made, but not 100% sure
