Clicking noise coming from front right while in 4wd

1972 K10 dana 44 front.

I recently took the hubs out to redo the brakes. I'd imagine this has to be what caused the problem. When I put it in 4 I get a very noticeable click on each revolution. Any idea what I did incorrectly on reassembly of the lockers?

are they manual like a warn hub or stock chevy i did the same thing with stock hubs same noise etc hobbled back up the drive put my spare manual warns in & its been ok since i believe i reinstalled the stock ones incorrectly hope this helps
