Build thread, Ol' Blue thats not so blue anymore

My truck is half done but i am going to start documenting for my sake.

This is how the 72 looked when i bought it, raging 283....... which i swapped for a 350 with a comp 268 headers, edelbrock rpm. It was nothing special but sure was better than the 283. It was originally a 6 cylinder truck.

I'll take more photos of the chassis but heres the cab which is a 71, 1 ton with clearance light. It was completely rust free with all original paint, i patched the clearance light and stripped the paint that is visible and had pitting.

This bed i found on craigslist, i paid 475, and slept a happy man that night. The paint was in great shape. It had a few waves in the paint from the hugger orange paint job.

The only original part of Ol' Blue is the hood, everything else has been replaced.
