69-72 New Bucket Seat Cushions--Done--Finally!!!
I have been working with the manufacturer for over two years to get these produced. It has been a tough battle convincing him that there was really enough market to justify his tooling expense. I had to have several meetings with the owner and finally had to set up a display of 69-72 buckets and two later styles, to show him he could use the same mold for all the years. I then provided him with all of the seats for his design. He had asked me not to announce that they were nearing production, so he would not be over run with questions from the field, but it looks like the word is out!
If any of you are truck parts dealers or restoration shops, this company has a very complete line of classic & muscle cars seat foam, in addition to our bench seat lower cushion. If you contact me, I will more than happy to give you all of the information so you can make arrangements with this company, to set up your own accounts. I would like to see these really sell well, so the manufacturer won't come back and tell me our truck market is too small. |

When he called I had just hung up talking to a guy about 72 bucket seat foam replacement. If the quality and price is good they should sell very well, are 67-8 in the works also?

I spoke to him last week also Frank. My samples are on the way to me. Thanks for the effort in getting them to do them.
