Trans vacuum line
I have a 1984 c10 with auto and 305.While changing a valve cover I must have unhooked the vacuum line going to the trans. Can someone show me where it hooks up to? I dont see any open ports.

Re: Trans vacuum line
There should be a vacuum tree just in front of the distributor cap.
The tranny line goes in the top and rubber hose seals it and locks it in place.

Re: Trans vacuum line
Got the line hooked to the tree but when you connect it to the tree something starts knocking. Un hook it and it stops right away
