need help with a LED tail light issue
new LED tail lights from brothers. i have them wired in ready to go. left side works fine, right side only have running light no brake or turn. i have a two prong reversed polarity LED flasher with ground wire installed from JEGS. have regular bulbs in the front turn signals. what am i doing wrong? also after testing all brake, tail and turn with key off a few of the LEDS stay lit. why?

Re: need help with a LED tail light issue
My guess would be the R. side is grounding through the stop and turn wire. Recheck the ground wire on the R. side. LEDs are real sensitive to a poor ground. You could pull the flasher to see if the dim lights go out. This would indicate feedback through the flasher. If you swap L. to R. does the issue also swap sides? If so, defective light assembly on the R. side, even new I've seen this.

Re: need help with a LED tail light issue
If you have regular bulbs up front you don't need the polarity flasher. People will say different but
I had a similar issue. Took it out and works fine |

Re: need help with a LED tail light issue
its working now. the right side was the wiring. the LEDS being on after everything was off, was from the cruise control that i never use. so i unplugged now everything works great.
