CST and Custom Interior Panels Source?
Does anyone else besides Brothers carry Custom and CST interior side panels? I looked on Wes' website but didn't see them. Hopefully whatever backing material the repops use is superior to the original cost-saving cardboard.

An alternative is to make your own I made this out of Aztek PVC panel. Comes in white 1/2 thick 48 x 96. Roof center sells for about $80. Glued top strip to fill in gap, Sprayed adhesion promoter then painted.

Re: CST and Custom Interior Panels Source?
Basic wood working tools are needed, circular saw, hand plane, and sanding block. Azek cuts easily with saw, not as hard as PVC pipe kind of a lite version. I cut pattern out of cardboard, made 2 19" sides 73" long. Shaped and cut a couple 1 1/4 strips to fill in the side gaps and glued to the top with PVC cement, Roughed up surface that gets glued, drilled some 1/16" holes for brads to keep piece from sliding around and clamped with spring clamps. Roughed up the finish side with 220 sand paper before adhesion promoter, then painted with urethane base coat. This could be used as a backing for vinyl, leather carpet or just about anything that could be glued to it. Ask if you need more info...Ed

Re: CST and Custom Interior Panels Source?
I've been thinking about making my own as well, only with quality plywood and wrapping it in vinyl.
Anyway, cool stuff. Would love to see more picks of what people have done.
