bad quality aftermarket fuel rails, what can i do ?
Hy all
finally i got my new set of fuel rails for doing a return fuel setup. After i have checked the rails i found out that there are some small blades inside of the center whole... For details pls check the pics... I am from Germany so its not easy to send it back, therefore i hope u know any solution for smoothing the rail at the inside of the center whole.. Thanks a lot Achim |

You can have a machine shop chase the treads and clean the burrs and clean the sides

Ya it just looks like some burs on the machining in the aluminum.
You can have a machine shop or mechanic shop chase the thread, or get the correct size tap-and-die (thread chaser) and do it yourself. Shouldn't be a big deal.

also an Emory cloth would help for delicate deburring also.
