My '71 2WD Blazer K/5

Picked up this 1971 K5 about two months ago and I figured why not start a thread on it... I mean, that's the cool thing to do.

It's currently a 4x4 but that'll change soon. Everything is stock, 350, runs good.

Here's a few photos and more coming soon. Don't know how quick of a build this will be but I'll update what I can as we go.

Cheers!

6/4/15 Update: Here's the official rendering

Re: My '71 2WD Blazer K/5

A couple photos from about 2-3 weeks ago.

Old sticker says "WARNING - If you value your own life as much as I value this truck, don't f*** with it." ... didn't even notice that sticker until about a month ago.

At one point someone had the idea to insulate the Blazer using spray foam. Sucks removing this crap... not sure if there's any way to remove it easily but we just dove into it... oh well, did that for a bit today and called it a day.

Also thanks to Rene 'C10 King' for pretty much giving me a "new" white bumper, my old one wasn't in the best shape...

Got a couple of people already interested, will let you know if it's still available once I'm 100% sure I want to get rid of it...

The fine folks that painted my blazer before the po bought it used that foam crap in the upper windshield post, I'm trying to fine something that will desolve the stuff, gonna try gas, I know it melted a minor bucket when I was a kid,lol

Signing up for this one. Previous owner of mine was a fan of spray insulation also. Such a pain to deal with after the fact.
