NSS help

my truck has a switch on the bottom of the steering column but there are no wires hooked up to it. looking around under the dash i see no extra plugs anywhere. as i have said before the PO has hacked on the wire harness. so can someone tell/explain to me where the wires come from and go to so i can get this thing hooked up. there appears to be 4 electrical spades for something to hook up to. while i have some mechanical knowledge i am not ready to do a frame off so simple explanations are desired. pics included are even a welcomed bonus. my understanding so far is one plug (2 spades) would be for the NSS and one (the other 2 spades) for the back up lights, they don't work either. i just don't have a clue where these wires would come from and go to. THANKS to ALL of the knowledgable people on this great site!!!
