Installing A/T Crossmember ?!?!?!?
Can anyone tell me what holes the automatic transmission crossmember bolts into on a TH350 in a 1971 C10 1/2 ton 2wd??? Even measurements from the motor mounts would help if it was running a SBC.

One question we need to know is what you have for engine and engine mounts, be it V8 trees with a V8 bolted in the forward holes in the frame or the 6 banger trees with a six or 8 in the rearward postion.

With the engine and tranny in place, slide the cross member in, bolt the tranny mount to the cross memebr, the hole on the frame will line up, if you have the engine in the v8 position. If not either move the engine into the v8 position or redrill the holes in the frame.
