I knew about those sites, yes. I've seen and bought parts from these sites, the parts I ended up with were not GM either. I cannot say on the hinge if its actually GM that they have or if its a discontinued GM part that they bought the remaining surplus on. I have seen these hood hinges in pairs much higher than mine.
