Rear Axle Brackets
I am putting a late model 3/4 ton rear axle in my 67 pickup. I'm looking for the brackets that adapt the axle tube to the trailing arms and the panard bar. I know that I have seen them in a catalog but I can't remember where. Can anybody help?

Re: Rear Axle Brackets
I used CPP weld-on axle seats when I swapped in a 5 lug from a 1/2 ton. If I remember correctly I ordered them from Summit:
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/clp-6072ras With the new axle I lost the stud for the panhard bar. Since I was lowering the truck, I used CPP adjustable trac bar: http://www.summitracing.com/parts/clp-6572datb I'm sure there are more options, you might check CPP's website and others may have more information for you as well. I hope this helps. |
