What do you think?

I'm looking at buying this 72 3/4 Ton 4x4 Cheyenne Super for close to $2,000. Tell me what you think?
Cab corners = No rust
Under Cab = Perfect 0 rust
Fire wall = 0 rust
Rockers = great
Bed = I have a like new one lined up for it.
I think I may jump on the deal.

Engine. It's a rebuilt 350 out of a 74 truck. About 7K miles ago.
The truck is all stock. Including paint obviously.
Oh yah. Someone took the tilt column. I have a new tilt on the workbench however, I could install.

I'd offer 1500, just cause I like to haggle ... lol ... But I'd be willing to pay 2000 for a one in that shape around here as long as it runs good and drives good.

No tow hooks?

I'd make him provide the tow hooks, or I wouldn't buy it! Just kidding Darren...looks like "a lot of truck for a little buck"...these trucks are like poetry to me!!!

I paid $3000 for one with rust, and I'm damn happy with it. You should jump on it before it's too late!

The bed thats on it has a beat up floor. Sides are ok. Just the floor is beat up, and I have one that is like new off of a 72 GMC (Shown below) that will go on it.

Progress,
I dont have room. Remember that really clean streight 72 GMC out front? I'll be selling it.
The Blue 67 is still in the garage. The cab is off sitting on a dolly in the garage. It will be getting powder coated this fall hopefully. Its a slow long term deal
The wife is okay with it. I just showed her some of the fixed up Cheyenne Supers for sale on collectorcartraderonline, and when she saw the prices people were asking, she figured spending 2K wasn't so bad. LOL!

Dusti,
I'll be using both beds. Thanks for the offer.

Take care guys!

Darren

That would be the T-case shifter. It has an auto on the column.
That truck would bring much more over here. I know they are more common where you are, but it should be a fair deal!!
