Wtb: 6 cyl engine hoist bracket 71 292

I know I need the one that mounts with two bolts on the pass side of the head near the front. I'm not sure if there is a rear I am missing also??
Would like to buy it or them. Sorry no pictures of what I don't have.
Thx
Tim

I'll look tomorrow. I may have them. There was one on the back also.
I have cut many of them up for use as other things.

Here is what I have for the brackets (Lower portion of picture)...Came off of a 78 250 but the heads are all the same for 250's and 292's. Other than the blue instead of orange...these are the same.

$30.00 shipped if your interested. (Money order or check...No Paypal)

Re: Wtb: 6 cyl engine hoist bracket 71 292

Not to hijack this thread, but I am unfamiliar with these. Are they bolted on from the factory? Do they work to help hoist a 235? I know there was a set of brackets for the earlier Stovebolts, but that may be different than what these are. I just don't like the idea of backing out a head bolt to use to lift a newly rebuilt 235

These are factory for the 230/250/292 motors...

As far as 235's go...Isn't that a stovebolt? Pretty sure these will not work too well on a 235 and I agree...Don't unbolt a head bolt. You should have plenty of options regarding extra bolt holes to secure a strap/chain without using head bolts.

Yes these are factory for the 230-250-292
Not sure what the stove lots had if anything from the factory but wouldn't be hard to fabricate some to fit unused bolt holes on the front and rear of the head
