What's it do? Is it for drum or disc?

It was on a drum brake truck, but that dosent matter. Its for trailer brakes. I just though it was a cool old piece that someone might want. Would look neat on a rat rod or something??

It was in a 50k original mile truck I bought. I didn't try to use it before I removed it. I wouldn't think much would go wrong with it though?

The top is where the brake line hooks up, the one on the right is for manualy applying the trailer brake
