Question Starter

Never seen a starter with these types of posts. This starter came with the motor that is a 502 GM crate motor I bought directly from a GM dealership. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Big lower one is battery cable hot. Small one is starter wire (purple) to ignition switch.
