trans fluid check 350 with turbo hydromatic
Do I check the trans fluid when the engine is cold or hot? 350 with turbohydramatic automatic trans.

Hot, idling in neutral. Check your owner's handbook for more information.

And realize that while the approximate fluid volume between lines on an oil dipstick is 1 quart, for the transmission it's 1 pint. |
