Torque specs
Can anyone tell me the torque specs on the circled parts (#4,5,10,11)? I just swapped them out and want to torque them correctly.

Probably because most mec. don't tourge them they have cotter keys. Hit them with impact. But sure there a spec some were.

I just snug 'em tight to the next cotter pin slot. I've never actually torqued them, on any vehicle, ever.
