Need Some Spring Help!

Can anyone identify these springs(pictured on the left)? The pic shows my new McGaughy's 5 inch drop rear springs on the right. On the left are the lowered springs that I took out. Could never really tell how much the truck was lowered when I got it. The second picture shows the truck when I bought it with the old rear springs and 2 inch blocks. I was kinda thinking they are Jeep springs but not sure.

Also do the new springs look a little light to anyone? Hope I didn't get the wrong ones.

My goal is going to be a 7 inch drop in the rear.
