Did Chevy have 4 door trucks during all these years? I can find a lot of ext cabs and some 4 door models.

The 4 door crew cab was not offered until 2001 in this body style. They seem a lot more common in 03-07 than 01-02.

The 99 and 00 crew cab trucks looked like 88-98 trucks. I have one of them.
