Re: Hydraulic bell housing

Am I seeing this correctly? Was the slave cylinder on the driver side of the bell housing? I thought they were all on the passenger side on squares? I haven't been around to many manual tranny trucks. I was planning on buying an Advanced adapters bell housing to swap in my NV4500 but I don't see why this bell housing wouldn't work.

Re: Hydraulic bell housing

I think I recall now that the Sm465 has different bell housing bolt pattern than the NV4500

Re: Hydraulic bell housing

I don't know on the NV4500 transmissions but do know that all SM465 transmissions have the slave cylinder on the driver's side of the bell housing.
