GA 454 Short Block Quick Fuel Carb MSD Igniton Box Spindles

I have a 454 Short Block for sale. $1500.00 Has an LS7 Steel Crank, Chevy Dimple Rods, Forged .40 over 28cc dome pistons. Solid Roller Cam & Lifters. Motor was blue printed and balanced by Walker Performance in Hiram, GA. Motor has about 700 miles on it and is still currently in my truck and running. I am going to build a 496 Cubic Inch Twin Turbo with a Merlin III Billett Cap block, Callies Magnum Crankshaft, and Carrillo Rods. This engine gets cranks regularly and driven rarely. This has been my project truck but I know that this engine will never stand what I want to put on it so why ruin it. Located in Hiram, GA. If you are close or want to come close you are free to come crank and drive to see if you like the engine. I will be pulling it out in the next 2 weeks. The quick fuel carburetor was put on and never adjusted out of the box. Engine cranks and runs fine with no adjustment. Carburetor has not been apart and fooled with.

I have 2.5 inch drop spindles and 30.9 inch tall tires, and I've got good ground clearance. I will get down and measure to the ground this evening or tomorrow.

Headers are still for sale....suppose to pull the motor this week... I'm asking 300.00 for headers. I will try to box them and send them as affordable as possible. Probably post office unless you prefer ups. They are very large and kinda heavy so I don't know if there will be an oversize or not. Will let you know asap. As of now they are yours unless you don't want them

On the engine I was running Dart Pro 1 355cc Runner Heads. So my compression was 8.25:1. I wanted it that way so I could run turbos and not have to run race gas. Through a TH400 and 31 inch tall tires I made 370hp to the tires. With a smaller chamber head your compression ratio would go up greatly and probably make a lot more. It is a good engine. I hate to give it away at that price but it is better than letting is seize up on a stand somewhere.

Oh and I re-priced the carburetor to $400.00. I didn't realize I had put it at $475. That's still half what it would cost new for barely used.
