Can i put a 5.3L/4l60E trans into a low hump cab
I am replacing my cab on my truck and may have a line on a great cab, but it might be a low hump cab, is it possible to do the swap with the low hump cab, or will I have to install the higher hump panel in.

I installed a 4L80E in mine without a problem.

700r4 and the 4l60/4l60e are kissing cousins, basically the same trans.

Should be no problem. If your doing/going to do a level 3 PB drop member might be a different story. Either way converting to a high hump later is not that hard.
