old door panels newer doors

I've read there are some differences in the doors and wondering if anyone knows whether or not panels from a 74 would bolt up on some 89 doors. I would be changing out the window tracks also to stay with the crank windows.

Ive seen some 74-76 door panels on later 77-87 doors but the smaller door panels dont cover the large mounting holes below the panels in the later doors.
