Leak help

It looks like I have a small leak on my passengers side kick panel when I dump water down the cowl I get dripps of water from under the plastic around the vent in kick panel. The truck was just reassebled one year ago so I dont think it is leaves or any thing cloggin it up any thoughts?

Lightbulb

The only thing i can think of is to remove the plastic part you mentioned and the kick panel and crawl under there armed with a strong flash light and have a friend poor the water while you look to see where it's comming in at then make the necessary repair's.
