It really depends on location and demand. Here in Kansas they are hard to come up with but not to many people want one.

The chevy hood if in good shape would go for a good $250 around here and the GMC hood probably $350 or $450.

at my local yard I paid $75 for one (a decent chevy) and $50 for another(a fixable gmc), at the same place I have also paid about the same prices for good doors-
that said I wouldn't let either of the hoods go for less than $200 If I was in the mood to sell which I am not!
