Hard to tell without knowing what year truck and also what brake system. Is it stock or aftermarket?

It's from an s10!

And a stock one like this would work.

And if you want a trick one, call these guys.

Re: Brake reservoir

id look into cpp then or wilwood for a disc disc booster. you might want to look for a newer s-10 because that prop valve is not from our era trucks either

Re: Brake reservoir

There's a lot of different style master cylinders, you need to decide what your intentions for the braking system are so you know what styles will suit your needs. Whatever you choose, I would suggest staying away from the aftermarket brass proportioning valves. They're usually found under the PV2 model designation. My metering valve just started leaking and upon more research I found it's a common problem, which requires a replacement.

Re: Brake reservoir

mid 90s full size truck like maybe a silverado with the 4 wheel discs. Looks like he used the original prop valve though, drum/drum

Re: Brake reservoir

Cheapest route may be to replace it with a CPP Millwood or similar. I wonder if the spacing on the mc is the same for all that use the plastic reservoir? If so, maybe just the reservoir could be replaced...

Re: Brake reservoir

Or there is this
http://www.ebay.com/itm/BRAKES-NEW-G...ecb6ba&vxp=mtr

The only problem with switching the m/c is you may run into issues with the bore size in the booster being different than the mc, or brake line disassembling different.

The mounting heights are different.. I may just have to order a cpp or a wilwood, every time I swap out a part it's a can of worms lol

Re: Brake reservoir

34mm = 1.34 inches ( so closer to 1 & 11/32 inch).
