bench seat
Does anyone know if a bench seat from a 69 gmc pickup will fit in my 64 c10? I found one on graigslist but it is kind of a long drive and seller isn't sure. Any feed back would be appreciated. It looks right in the picture but is advertised as 67-72.

Re: bench seat
I'm pretty sure that the sliders seat mounts are the same for 60-72.

Re: bench seat
Thanks argonaut I will make some measurements and ask seller to do the same. I guess i could have done that in the first place but your reply makes for positive vibes and I won't miss the one I have in there now at all

Re: bench seat
It will bolt right in. I bought a 1967 Chevy bench seat and the floor bolt mounts are the same. It will bolt right up. If I recall, my 67 seat did not fold forward like the 64-66 seats. I later sold the 67 seat and put in a 64-66 seat.

Re: bench seat
The seat tracks and seats from 60-72 will work on any of the 60-72 models. There are a lot of differences in the tracks themselves though. Just make sure you get the correct tracks for the year seat you are using.
As pictured: 60-66 67-68 69-70 71-72 And starting on Jan 1, 1968 the trucks came with fixed seats. So early 68 trucks built in 67 would still have folding seats.
