Blazer rocker boxes & burb patch panels

Well we received the Blazer Rocker boxes and their end caps last week and fitted them this last weekend, we are happy to say they went in smoothly without a hitch ( other than a few cut hands and some insulation that was missed and caught fire )
We also received the pickup cab drip rail and their fitting was a breeze, both the blazer rocker boxes, end caps and drip rail were reported on to manufacturer this AM and will be 4-6 weeks in production with another 6 weeks in transit.
We also received the Suburban / Panel patch panels last week of L&R rear lower quarter, L&R rear taillight section, & L&R rear quarter inner rear backing plate and hope to have a fitting report to manufacturer by the end of the week. Intial comparision between the patch panels and there coresponding part to be replaced looks as though it should all go rather smoothly.
Blazer doors main production run will be finnished middle to end of this month, the small intial run we had we are out of stock of now with the last pair having shipped about a week ago. After 3 different sets of L&R samples they got the Suburban / Panel doors 100% correct and production of them should be finished late this month to beginning next month. 6 weeks transit time after production run complete before parts available for arrival here for sales.
The fitting of 67-72 L&R chrome bumper guards was completed awhile ago also and we hope to have them here this month. Well thats all I can think of at the moment guys!!
We'll update availability and prices as we get them on our New products page.

Do you have any pictures of the test fit? My suburban really needs some patch panels and I am curious as to how they will look.
Thanks,
David

We don't have pricing on the rocker boxes yet. It will be 1-2 weeks before we know the price.

David the burb/panel patches just came in last friday. Paul will be test fitting them sometime this week.

Here's a pic of the Blazer/Jimmy Rocker Boxes

Nice!

Very nice parts...We sure need them. I didn't know you were working on these, too. I thought someone else said they were having them made.

Yes Frank, those are the rocker boxes that I sent out to be reproduced along with the Suburban patch panels. The manufacturing company made a mistake with who sent them out to and sent the samples to Paul instead of me. It realy doesn't matter, as long as the fitting got done. Paul and I have worked together on many of the parts being reproduced now.

Hmmmm... Now I have to explain this to 1970blazin.. He was who I was working with to do the test fitting on one of his Blazers. WES www.ClassicHeartbeat.com

Two business owners who compete against each other working together for the common good of all. That's a new one for me to see. Great job to both of you. Thanks for your hard work.
