Re: EBAY Nice '51 for the price
Having a Ford engine in it is going to keep the price pretty low. Some guys won't see it that way but to me it's an automatic 30% deduct on the value when you put something besides a GM engine in a Chevy truck

Re: EBAY Nice '51 for the price
I don't normally care for really custom trucks like that but I actually kind of like it. Engine choice seems odd to me but really its not a truck that a purist is going to be looking to buy anyway. Regardless of how it affects the trucks value, I'm am curious as to why he went with that specific engine.

I dig it.
Having a Ford engine doesn't bother me. Part of building a custom is putting your own flavor in something. How many old Fords have GM powertrains? Not to mention how many custom rides have a Ford 9" spinning the rear wheels? |

x 100
And the Ford engine would be a non-starter for me. Silly? Yeah, I suppose. I don't care

Re: EBAY Nice '51 for the price
Well, apparently someone didn't care about all that. Marked as "sold" now.
