Re: free lcf on c/l
here was the ad:
((((FREE 1966 2 1/2 Ton Chevy Fuel Truck (Florence) I bought this fuel truck for fuel storage in 2009. It stored the fuel well and everything worked. Motor worked good and I was able to run it down the road at 55 with a full load. Parked it and used the fuel but never started the motor. Went to start it this week and the motor does not have spark. Don't know what is the problem. Think it is a defective ignition switch or ??. Will store about 1200 gallons of fuel. Has a newer rebuilt PTO driven pump. Whoever wants it can have it. I don't have time to deal with it. Clean title and new heavy duty battery. ))))) someone might have driven it away! unfortunately there are some pretty aggressive scrappers in that area, they have an old logging truck with a picker on it , and can haul most anything, I hope a 60-66 person got it , but the chances are slim. one trepidation I had about it was that big fuel tank on the back , if it still had fluid in it , it might be hard or expensive to get rid of. since it was a 66 it would have either had the 366, or 292, I did notice the metal framed windows which would have been neat to get.
