Talking 1977-78 Tilt Steering Column

I have a 1977-78 GM truck Tilt steering column for auto transmission. It was professionaly rebuilt by www.gmtiltsteeringcolumn.com. They completely disassembled it, all parts cleaned, lubed, painted, repaired or replaced as necessary. New horn cam, ignition cylinder, Delco electrical ignition switch, and shift lever knob. I bought it 2 months ago for $335, but didn't install it and now don't need it. Ready for a good home. Can let it go for $275 includes shipping to lower 48.

Here is a photo. i never unwrapped it. I was told this is for 77-78. Must be a reason, but not sure why its for those years only.

The 1980 will have a non-splined main shaft. That is the difference.

The electrical connection clips change during the years too.

Is this still available? Does it include turn signal and gear shift levers? What about the key? Could you unwrap and provide more pics? I could be very interested.
