Thermal relay

Ok, SBC with Th400 basic set up. When I connect my battery this Thermal relay clicks, everything runs fine. Not sure if that is normal. Just thinking it might drain battery. Just working bugs out after rebuild...what u all think?

That looks like the horn relay which will kill the battery. I would unplug and look for grounded wire in steering column.

If the horn relay clicks the horn should be blowing unless it's disconnected.
