help, upper a arm hits 2.5 drop spindle (top)

Ok, I have searched and cannot find the answer to this question. I have installed stock upper and lower a arms with 2.5 drop spindles and 1 " drop springs with no shocks on yet and the spindle cannot turn, it is hitting the upper a arm lip. This is on just a frame, no motor or anything. Is this ok because there is no weight yet on them? Or do they need to be trimmed?thanks for the help.

Here's a shot of a 2.5 in drop spindle with one inch drop springs. As you can clearly see, the spindle is below the upper A-arm and cannot touch it with WOW (weight-on-wheels)
