What Year Are These Hubcaps From?

Picked them up for 30 bucks and they're in good shape! Could use one more.... Need wheels for them now as well...

They are 72 and older PO3 hubcaps.

Those are 72 and earlier 3/4 ton caps, I believe 1969-1972 is the correct years. $30 is a heck of a deal on them.
The blue bow tie tells you 1972 and earlier, in 1973 they went to the ochre bowtie. The convex center also tells you 72 and earlier, in 1973 they went concave.
