Engine Size

What is the best way to confirm the size of the small block fitted in my truck?

I thought the casting number would do that and I was finally I able to get. That when I took the engine out today. The casting number is 3970010 with a GM 21 also visible, but from the information I can find its either a 302, 327 or a 350.

Can I narrow it down futher?
