Re: on a budget build
Good looking truck! Not a big fan of lowered trucks, but they look way cool! What does a 6"drop rear spring look like. Is it like a coil and a half or what??

I doesn't look like much. Certainly not enough to provide any ride quality. Better off with 4 inch springs and 2 inch blocks. Or, at 6 inches you might start to think about rear bags

Re: on a budget build
Oh buy the way your thread is 'on a budget build' you have already spent more than I have in my truck. Guess the key word is "build" I am just drivin' mine repairing as I go.Like I stated build what you want and drive it! You have a great start!!

Re: on a budget build
the truck did ride stiff with the drop springs but after 100 miles it drives better than stock. she loves the highway. and with a c notch i can still use it as a truck. just hauled a bunch of 8 inch concrete block
