The end of the first weekend of 2016 in the shop..

This seemed like a great way to end the first weekend of 2016 working out in the shop. I wanted to go chase some trucks, the flooding in our area had other plans. So,, I cook...

So, being very conscious of the date, with one year ending and beginning of the next, You checked the dates on your freezer meat and tossed the older dates in the pan? Clever feast and totally justified. Waste not want not. Where's the broccoli?

Hey Tim. My grill rejects any green substances put on/in/near it. Except for the wife's mixed greens. i always have to fix her a big pot of those when the smoker is going. None for me please...
