vin plate mia

Help! My vin plate is missing. Title matchs the frame numbers. What should I do?

Call your DMV.
Problem is, PA is a PITA on this stuff.
Hope you got a bill of sale or other proof of purchase.

Yes I have proof of purchase. I know pa is a pain in the butt to fix title problems! The k20s frame is rough. Currently looking for a frame,title and vin plate. Will trade 2wd rolling chassis 5lug ft disc 12bolt rear single piece drive shaft 350 turbo tranny.

In Calif and Oregon, the Highway Patrol will do a VIN check and issue a new one. No big deal
