Re: 69 stepside update
Just wanted to update my progress on the 69
I have the frame and frame parts blasted, primed and painted. Still need to clean up the rear end and replace bearings and seals before I reassemble. Now I have a question,I've done my research on parts,I need to buy all of the suspension parts ,ball joints, tie rod ends ,springs the works.LMC OR EARLY CLASSIC,any opinions. LMC is less expensive but will not tell me were the parts come from, EARLY CLASSIC more money but they say all parts are made in USA(MOOG). I'm looking at their suspension kits.(also spring lower kits). Here are some pictures |

Re: 69 stepside
Welcome, nice build thread. Never dealt with LMC, haven't heard anything bad, just know the shipping is killer. I get my stuff from CPP, Classic Performance Parts. I think them or Early Classic is a good choice, just check on the packages to make sure you get all you need at once, or if you have to piece it together who has the best price.
