68 C10 Lowering Help

Hi All,

i recently purchased a 68 C10 that has been lowered all round but the seller didn't know how it had been done, I would like to lower it more but unsure if it has drop spindles and if so which ones they are. Is there a way of telling ? i would like to go 2.5inch drop spindles with 3inch lowering springs but don't want to waste my money if its already done.

Re: 68 C10 Lowering Help

Take a good bit of pictures of the front and back suspension and we can get you some info on what we see on what has been done. Spindles are easy to ID if they are drop or not and a little harder to tell between 2 1/2 and 3. If it still has drum brakes on the front then it is just dropped with springs as drop spindles are not made for the drum brakes.
